IZAR naval works
IZAR came to us in search of our abilities to work in tight spaces, they got the responsibility to build, in Spain, the first "modern" submarine.

The project was split in two, the "armed" half of the submarine was to be designed and built in La Rochelle (France) and the rear side, where people live was to be designed and produced in Cartagena (Spain)

We developed three different sumarines of the Scorpene Class and we were involved in the early development for the S-80 Class.
In those projects one of the most relevant works was to resolve the ergonomics and the human factor, trying to make a "difficult-to-live" environment into a calm and relaxing space, as stress-free as possible.

At this time we paticipated in several other projects focused in the human spaces: Frigates, Oceanographic research boats, Training ships (3-mast sailing vessels), and some experimental innovation programes, including scale models for production assesment in submarine type boats.
